Rev. John Woodall
Rev. John Woodall, Senior Pastor
john@westwoodumc.org
A southern California native, John has been serving United Methodist Congregations for twenty-five years in a number of capacities; Youth Minister, Education Minister, Minister of Evangelism, and now Senior Pastor.  He is a graduate of the University of Southern California (go Trojans!) and Fuller Theological Seminary.  He and his spouse Linda have three young adult children (Mark, Elizabeth, Peter).  His responsibilities at Westwood include Minister-in-Charge, Worship Coordination and Preaching, Administration and Pastoral Care.  When not at church, you might find him working in the garden, trying out new recipes, attending concerts, reading a good book, working a crossword, or sitting at the piano.

 Rev. Gregory Norton
Rev. Gregory Norton
Rev. Gregory Norton, Minister of Music & Communications
greg@westwoodumc.org
Greg has served congregations in southern California and Colorado for over thirty years working with choirs of all ages.  He is active as a conductor, organist, singer and liturgist and is deeply committed to bringing the church's worship life and musical practice together.  He is a published composer, is frequently invited to speak and teach on church music topics and his articles and sermons have been published nationally.  Greg is also Music Director of The Claremont Chorale, an independent community chorus based in Claremont, California.  He is a native of Redlands and holds music degrees from Chapman College and the University of Southern California, and attended Iliff Seminary in Denver.

Rev. Chris Spearman
Rev. Chris Spearman, Minister of Adult Programs
chris@westwoodumc.org
Chris is a highly energetic, slightly disorganized, covertly competitive, musical worshiper seeking to become all God has created him to be. He is a proud and growing husband to Paige, an exuberant father and jungle gym to sons Asher and Caleb and daughter Eden, a loving son of Tyron and Sandra, big brother to Sallie and her husband, Oliver, and the doting uncle of MJ and Ollie. As a member of Westwood United Methodist, Chris participates in the community as a Christ Follower who facilitates educational environments, connection opportunities, and ways to unlock the life God dreams for us.  Many other Christ Followers partner with Chris teaching, serving, and seeking to express themselves to and through God together. Chris loves the wildly unpredictable journey of pursuing God.

Bo Sanders
Rev. Bo Sanders

Rev. Bo Sanders, Minister of Children, Youth & Families
bosanders@westwoodumc.org
Bo was born in Ohio, learned to talk in Georgia, was raised in Chicago and went to High School in Saskatchewan, Cana
da. He married a girl from Montana, they moved to New York to meet his parents and then went to college in Redding, California. Their first church was in Saratoga, NY and before the Los Angeles area they lived in the Pacific Northwest where Bo attended school in Portland. He is ordained in the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church.
Bo and CJ have been married for 17 years. They go to used bookstores, cook slow meals together, and watch PBS. They love Pad Thai. Life and ministry have opened doors for them and have led them on adventures in over 18 coun
tries. Among other things, Bo has been a bouncer at a nightclub, played semi-pro football in Canada and has spent weeks in the woods with nothing but a canoe, a bag of rice and a fishing pole. In their families, Bo is the oldest of four and CJ is the youngest of three. On long road trips, they sing Neil Diamond songs loud and off-key.
